ESH began designing and manufacturing Test Interface Boards 1983. ECT aquired ESH in 1997 and Troyco Technology in 1998 from the Semiconductor Test Group board design and fabrication division. Harbor Electronics was acquired in 2005 and ECT boards are now produced at the Harbor facility in Santa Clara.

As one of the first companies in the Test Interface Boards market, ECT has worked closely with leading Test Interface Boards manufacturers and cutting edge Semiconductors design and fab customers. This close relationship has resulted in being chosen by Test Interface Boards Companies and customers alike as partners for their interface solutions.
