The MT9510 – Multitest’s well-established pick & place handler – shows record-breaking order numbers in 2010. The demand is mostly driven by automotive customers all over the world.

Automotive applications require the highest reliability and best temperature performance – including cold testing. The MT9510 meets both requirements by covering the temperature range from -55°C up to 175°C with an optimum accuracy of 1°C and a temperature stability of 0.5°C.

In addition to its production proven temperature performance, the MT9510 offers a variety of additional options such as scalable ESD protection or extended temperature calibration for coping with power dissipation during test.
