ESH began designing and manufacturing ATE boards 1983. ECT aquired ESH in 1997 and Troyco Technology in 1998 from the Semiconductor Test Group board design and fabrication division. Harbor Electronics was acquired in 2005 and ECT boards are now produced at the Harbor facility in Santa Clara.

As one of the first companies in the ATE interface market, ECT has worked closely with leading ATE manufacturers and cutting edge Semiconductors design and fab customers. This close relationship has resulted in being chosen by ATE Companies and customers alike as partners for their interface solutions.

Our mission is to act as a seamless external resource for our customers in concert with sales, PCB factories, and customer service for the design, fabrication and assembly of custom ATE performance and test boards.
